Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized facials to our clientele through a deep understanding of our products as well as the clients' needs.
2. Adhere to time length/treatment protocols when giving treatments.
3. Educate guests on products and services and prescribe a home regimen of personal skincare products for clientele.
4. Demonstrate selling skills to achieve retail sales goals.
5. Support brand integrity by following all treatment protocols.
6. Maintain a clean environment and compliance with all sanitation guidelines and procedures.
7. Support your clients in feeling more amazing than when they came in!

Qualifications:

1. Possess a warm and welcoming energy.
2. A passion for people and service.
3. At least 2+ years of experience providing facials.
4. A valid California esthetics license.
5. Passionate about all things skincare and understand that healthy skin is the foundation for beautiful skin.
