Job summary

Skin Laundry in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales on the floor, educate clients on products, memberships, and treatments, and support loyalty programs.

This on-site role requires weekend availability, full-time schedule, and willingness to travel to other clinics as needed. You will report to the Clinic Manager and help maintain service standards while coaching peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales and achieve conversion goals on the sales floor.
• Educate clients on products, memberships, and treatments to drive sales.
• Support retention and loyalty programs through client follow-up.
• Uphold Skin Laundry service standards and brand values with every client interaction.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, register reconciliation, and stock checks.
