Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, technical training, or relevant hands-on experience preferred.
• Previous laboratory or product development experience is a plus but not required.
• We value curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning as much as direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring skincare concepts to life by preparing and batching formulations for development, evaluation, and testing.
• Collaborate with formulators and cross-functional teams to document observations, share results, and support product development decisions.
• Conduct stability evaluations and performance assessments on products throughout the development process.
• Maintain a well-organized, safe laboratory environment and support experimentation and trials.
