Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality services aligned with FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols, timing, and client experience standards.
• Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized service and product recommendations based on client goals and skin needs.
• Educate clients on treatments, home care, and long-term skin health while confidently recommending retail products.
• Actively support personal and store performance goals, including service, retail, enhancements, and pre-booking.
• Perform services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts, and other approved treatments.
• Recommend and pre-book future services to support client results and retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and consent forms.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure consistent State Board compliance.
• Support a team-first environment by collaborating with peers and contributing to overall studio success.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including laundry and general store upkeep.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including timekeeping and service protocols.
• Attend and actively participate in required training, team meetings, and ongoing education.
