Face Foundrié, Llc in Minnesota is seeking Skin Experts who are passionate about results-driven skincare, client education, and growth within a performance-driven team. You will deliver 40–50 minute services (facials, lashes, brows), with a strong focus on consultation and safety, while documenting treatments and upholding brand standards.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing and tinting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver consistent, high-quality services aligned with FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols and client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized service and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on treatments, home care, and long-term skin health; suggest retail products.
• Support personal and store performance goals, including service, retail, enhancements, and pre-booking.
• Perform services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts.
• Recommend and pre-book future services to support client results and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and consent forms.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure State Board compliance.
• Collaborate with peers to support store success and daily operations.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
