Qualifications

  • At least 1 year in a dermatology office or spa setting.
  • 2–3 years in retail sales or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Experience contributing to and executing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cosmetic front office team, establishing and maintaining high service standards.

Job description

The Skincare Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the cosmetic concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to cosmetic patients. This role involves reviewing treatment plans, coordinating financing options, scheduling appointments, and managing patient product needs. A primary focus is placed on delivering superior customer service while contributing to the practice’s cosmetic marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Pay and Hours

Pay range is $20 - $23 Hourly. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 hours daily.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the cosmetic front office team, establishing and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
  • Greet patients and handle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring their scheduling needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Build and retain patient relationships by providing compassionate and exceptional care.
  • Educate patients about available cosmetic services and products, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments for multiple procedures, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly cosmetic revenue targets as set by leadership.
  • Serve as a knowledge leader on cosmetic products and services, training team members as necessary.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns regarding products or services, responding to inquiries via calls, emails, or messages within 24 hours.
  • Anticipate and fulfill patient needs, ensuring a concierge-level experience for all.
  • Plan and execute marketing events to promote cosmetic services and products.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels for retail and treatment products.
  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance to support practice operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a dermatology office or spa setting.
  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven capability to contribute to and execute marketing strategies.
