Job summary

Syneos Health in Boston, MA is seeking a results-driven sales leader to own and develop an assigned territory. You will hire, train and coach a district sales team to promote our products to targeted physicians while aligning to program goals.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer health/pharma with 2+ years in management, willingness to travel, and a drive to achieve business plans. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 with potential for commissions and company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or in a management development program.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned accounts.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Executive business plans aligned with program goals.
• Ensure administrative project actives are accurate, timely, and compliant.
