Job summary

Illumine Collaborative, LLC in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom seeks a patient, collaborative Skills Instructor to join a diverse clinical treatment team serving children and adults in homes, schools and communities, focusing on social, emotional and academic skill development through real-world practice.

Under supervision of a BCBA and allied professionals, you will deliver on-site services, track progress with data, participate in ongoing trainings, and help families apply strategies across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete a 40-hour online course provided upon employment.
• Background check required.
• RBT credential is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service on-site to clients in homes, schools, and communities.
• Record accurate progress data and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team to implement plans.
• Attend ongoing trainings and engage in professional development.
• Offer services in a culturally responsive manner to meet client and family goals.
