Job summary

Sofive Soccer Center is seeking energetic, dependable coaches to join our Skills Institute team. You will lead structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12, using our proven curriculum to help players develop technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lasting love for the game.

Weekend availability is required with consistent weekly shifts during the 13-week season; successful background check and professional representation of Sofive and Lil' Kickers are expected, with

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude.
• Ability to keep children engaged in a group setting.
• Dependability and commitment to scheduled classes.
• Willingness to learn and develop as a coach.
• Previous playing, teaching, or coaching experience is helpful but not required.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12
• Teach core skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, movement, and teamwork
• Follow the Skills Institute curriculum and class structure
• Create a positive, encouraging, and appropriately challenging environment
• Promote teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and sportsmanship
• Build strong relationships with players and families
• Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers professionally and enthusiastically
• Support special events and local marketing initiatives when needed
