Skills Institute Coach
Location: Sofive Raleigh
Sofive is seeking an enthusiastic educator and coach to lead weekly soccer training sessions for children aged 5–12 as a Skills Institute Coach.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12
- Use our proven Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment where players can grow
- Foster character development by emphasizing teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
- Build meaningful relationships with players and families
- Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands with enthusiasm
- Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed
Schedule
- Weekend availability is required
- Additional opportunities available on weekday afternoons and evenings
- Shifts are consistent throughout a 13‑week season
