• Direct and guide teams; identify unsafe conditions and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure equipment is available and properly maintained for operations.
• Maintain records and forms, track progress, and communicate task status to leaders.
• Train associates on proper setup and operation of machinery and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to meet deadlines and drive continuous improvement.
