Job Details for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:

• DIRECT HIRE permanent full time position
• Pay Rate: $17 - $22+ hourly based on experience and shift + frequent performance raises + overtime available!
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• Easy commute from Lancaster, Ephrata, Leola, Lebanon, Denver, New Holland, and Manheim

Job Responsibilities & Description for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:

• Operated woodworking machinery - table saws, radial saws, miters, and routers
• Use calipers, micrometer, and tape measure and work with fraction and decimal measurements
• Follow blueprints, CAD drawings, and diagrams to assemble parts
• Apply fine motor skills to hand-assemble
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Regularly lift up to 50lbs manually
  
  

Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:

• REQUIRED - For safety reasons must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in either Woodworking, Metal Shop, Assembly, Assembly Machine Operation or similar skill
• Strongly Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience
• REQUIRED - ability to apply basic math - fraction and decimal conversions and interpret blueprints and drawings
• REQUIRED - Good employment record: MUST have been employed for minimum 9-12 months in a recent job
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs manually
• This position is a great fit for those who have previously worked at Woodstream, Conestoga Wood, Meridian, Kalas Manufacturing, Sechan Electronics, Bayer, and Case New Holland
