Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. is seeking a Welder to fabricate, fit, repair, and weld metal components used in building products and structural assemblies.

The role requires precision welding in a fast-paced environment with strict safety standards and quality control. You will read fabrication drawings, prepare parts, perform torch cutting and finish work, while ensuring workmanship meets customer specifications and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years welding or metal fabrication experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, structural steel, or industrial fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Weld on a variety of production, fabrication, and repair projects per work orders and specifications.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
• Cut, fit, grind, and prepare metal components for welding and assembly.
• Perform torch cutting and finishing operations.
• Fabricate and repair metal components to meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and conformance.
