Job summary

Kewaunee Fabrications, an Oshkosh Corporation company, is hiring motivated welders. If you have MIG and/or TIG welding skills and can work with steel or aluminum, this is your chance to join a stable, well-supported team that values quality and craftsmanship.

Shift is 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime and a progressive wage model. Starting pay is $26.75/hour plus premium pay for robotic welding and shift work, with a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Welding or metal fabrication experience required.
• Basic blueprint reading and mechanical skills required.
• Experience with at least one welding process and ability to obtain AWS D1.1 certification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and perform weld prep.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel and aluminum parts per blueprints using MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SMAW.
• Use fixtures to position components and control distortion.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and deburring as needed.
• Complete required job paperwork and labor documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; support maintenance and teamwork.
