Qualifications

• Must pass welding test.
• Able to read blueprints and follow work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all welding activities and operate welding equipment safely.
• Meet production requirements and standards.
• Verify welding results through inspections and weld tests as needed.
• Fabricate components using welding tools to clean, cut, burn and weld pieces.
• Set up components in jigs and fixtures.
• Work with and support other members of the company.
• Maintain punctual, regular attendance and reliability.
• Demonstrate XPO core values and follow company policies.
