Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Welder to join our Fort Worth fabrication team. You will read blueprints and weld symbols, set up machines, and ensure proper shielding gas and filler material for quality welds. The role supports fast-paced projects and contributes to customer satisfaction.

The role offers multiple shifts, overtime, and a strong focus on safety and quality in a growing national fabrication environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of welding experience or training.
Basic understanding of welding safety, tools, and techniques.
Simple MIG welding experience; ability to read weld symbols and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Fit and weld parts per customer specifications, meeting structural and aesthetic requirements.
Read weld symbols, blueprints, and确保 proper machine settings.
Set up welding machines and verify correct jog setup for each order.
Use handheld measuring tools to verify dimensions and fit.
Perform MIG welding and 3G uphill welds as required.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE procedures.
