Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks a Welder with experience in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel to fabricate metal components for tradeshow displays. Must read blueprints and have at least three years in a metal shop to ensure quality and accuracy.

This is a full-time role in Colorado with standard hours 6am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and mandatory overtime during peak seasons. Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a metal shop.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum (MIG/TIG) and steel (MIG/stick).
• Read blueprints and determine fabrication sequence.
• Create cut lists and track materials used.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Maintain high-quality output and manage time to stay within budget.
