Reliable Quality Construction INC is seeking a dependable Skilled Tradesman with tile installation and trim carpentry experience to join our residential remodeling team in Illinois. You will work on projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and professional communication with homeowners.

Responsibilities include tiling in bathrooms and kitchens, precise measurements and finishing, trim carpentry, and other remodeling tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential home remodeling or construction.
• Tile installation including layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing.
• Trim carpentry and finish carpentry details experience.
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install tile in bathrooms, kitchens, backsplashes, floors, showers, and other areas.
• Measure, cut, set, grout, seal, repair, and finish tile accurately.
• Perform trim carpentry including baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and cabinetry trim.
• Complete general remodeling tasks such as framing, drywall repair, flooring, fixture installation, and painting touch-ups.
• Read project plans and work efficiently to meet schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.

We are a home remodeling company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners and coworkers, and has hands-on experience completing residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Tile installation and trim carpentry experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Install tile in bathrooms, kitchens, backsplashes, floors, showers, and other residential remodeling areas.
• Measure, cut, set, grout, seal, repair, and finish tile with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform trim carpentry, including baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, windows, cabinetry trim, and finish details.
• Complete general remodeling tasks such as light framing, drywall repair, flooring, fixture installation, demolition, painting touch-ups, and punch-list work.
• Read project plans, follow instructions, and work efficiently to meet project schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential home (some commercial) remodeling or construction.
• Must have complete and full experience with tile installation, including layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing.
• Must have complete and full experience with trim carpentry and finish carpentry details.
• Ability to produce clean, high-quality work without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are a MUST.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to lift materials, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in active remodeling environments.
• Own basic tools preferred.
