Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Skilled Construction Workers for commercial construction projects in Kentucky. The role offers $25.00 per hour, 40+ hours per week, weekly pay, and full-time, long-term work with overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings, painting, and concrete work, and can follow blueprints and supervisor instructions on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the listed trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, concrete work, etc.).
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and supervisor instructions.
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience with safe work practices on commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial construction work safely and efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Install, repair, and assemble construction materials per project specs.
• Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and report hazards.
• Work independently and as part of a crew to meet deadlines.
