Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking skilled carpenters and framers for multiple projects with reliable, long-term clients. You will be responsible for building and framing structures, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

We offer 40+ hours per week, overtime opportunities, and travel as needed, with a steady pipeline of projects. This is a full-time role for experienced tradespeople who take pride in their craft and show up ready to perform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry/framing experience.
• Reading and working from blueprints.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and frame structures using wood according to blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately on site.
• Read plans, ensure on-site safety, and maintain quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects on schedule.

What We Need

You should have experience in:

• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Job site professionalism and teamwork
