Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Skilled Trades Persons based in Orlando, FL. In this position, individuals will perform hands-on trade work such as installation, repair, maintenance, and assembly tasks, depending on specific trade specialties and project needs. Carpenters, Plumbers, HVAC techs, Fire Sprinkler Fitters, Electricians, Flooring installers, Painters and Laborers, Daily responsibilities include reading and following work orders or technical drawings, using appropriate tools and equipment safely, and completing tasks to quality standards and within project timelines. Skilled Trades Persons will inspect work areas and finished work, identify issues, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve problems. The role also involves maintaining tools and materials, following safety procedures and regulations, keeping accurate records of work performed, and collaborating with other trades and project staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Demonstrated trade skills in one or more areas (e.g., construction, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, or related fields), with the ability to perform safe and accurate hands-on work.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents such as work orders, diagrams, measurements, and safety instructions, and to apply them in day-to-day tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, including accurate measurements, proper use of tools, and thorough inspection of completed work to meet standards.
• Commitment to safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment, adherence to company safety policies, and awareness of OSHA or similar guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work respectfully with supervisors, colleagues, and customers and to follow instructions clearly.
