Job summary

Guaranteed Home Solutions, LLC is hiring a skilled trades/construction technician. Work ranges from everyday repairs and handyman tasks for rental properties to full renovations and remodels. You should be experienced, dependable, able to troubleshoot and work independently, and eager to grow with the company.

Compensation is $25–$45/hour, based on experience and skill level. We provide a company vehicle after training, a gas card, and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable, shows up on time and does what is promised.
• Deals with customers professionally and communicates clearly.
• Able to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Experience in general construction, remodeling, or related trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

$25–$45/hour company vehicle gas card tools

We’re looking for someone who:

You do not need to be an expert in every trade, but you should be experienced, capable, dependable, and willing to learn. Experience in general construction, handyman work, remodeling, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, or similar trades is a plus.
