Job Overview

This requisition covers multiple locations throughout Southeast Michigan. It is not specific to any one location.

Rate of Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: Top hourly rate of $43.60, starting at $43.80, with increases after three months. Overtime, shift, and holiday premiums may apply.

Responsibilities
  • Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and maintain good attendance.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and teamwork.
  • Follow instructions accurately and perform trade-specific tasks such as working at heights, overhead, and maneuvering around equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an apprenticeship, or 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical prints and troubleshooting robotic and electrical systems, including PLCs and servo controls.
  • Successful completion of interview, drug screen, physical, and background check (excluding THC from drug panel).
