Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and run basic TIG welding machines, gas regulators, and torches.
• Clean, cut, grind, and deburr metal parts before welding.
• Read simple technical drawings and work orders to align components.
• Produce clean, foundational TIG welds on standard parts.
• Inspect finished pieces for flaws, cracks, or surface defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
