Responsibilities

• Provide superior food and beverage service.

• Take and submit customer orders.
• Check IDs for minimum drinking age.
• Answer questions about menu items and drinks.
• Resolve patron issues promptly and courteously.
• Itemize bills and collect payments.
• Clean, prep and bus tables, bar and counters.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Keep condiments and utensils stocked.
• All other duties as assigned.
