TIC_Craft is seeking skilled scaffold professionals to perform erection and dismantling of scaffolds, rigging loads, and operating related equipment on various construction projects. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring materials, and maintaining safety at all times.

Candidates should be able to pass drug testing, lift up to 50 pounds, and work irregular hours in a construction environment. Prior experience with ladders, lifts, and scaffold systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant field experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge and abilities for the position.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing; fit-for-duty medical.
• Observe and comply with safety and project rules.

Responsabilités

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, quantities, and materials.
• Identify tools and measure, mark, and cut wooden/metal materials to specs.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding for buildings and structures; install ladders and walkways.
• Construct, reinforce, and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds and auxiliary items.
• Rig equipment loads and perform rigging as required.
• Estimate sizes, distances, and resources needed for tasks.
• Inspect subordinate work for compliance and address deficiencies.
