Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Scaffold laborer to install, repair, and remove insulation on piping and equipment, and to assemble scaffolding at job sites across the Midwest.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and securing insulation, loading materials, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Training on sheet metal shaping is provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Installs and replaces scaffolding and insulation in buildings and mechanical systems.
• Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials.
• Measures and cut insulation to fit round pipes and equipment.
• Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, wire, or banding, as needed.
• Employees are expected to bring necessary tools to jobsite.
• Will be trained on how to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
