Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks RoofField Inspector independent contractors to assess steep and high roofs, document exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections. You will use lidar technology and MS Office to record findings and aid rapid claims resolution.

Requirements include a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32’ ladder; roofing or insurance claims experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep and high roofs.
• Technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions.
• Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.
• Empathy when dealing with insureds; roofing/claims background a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs, evaluating exterior and interior damage.
