What we are looking for:

We are seeking a motivated Skilled Residential Carpenterwho is dedicated to producing quality work and advancing their career as a key part of our team. The ideal candidate brings a great attitude, a genuine passion for the work, and a willingness to learn and grow alongside a supportive crew. A few must haves:

• 3+ years of carpentry experience
  
• Experience in both finishing and framing
  
• Previous experience in residential remodeling
  
• A strong desire to learn and improve your skills
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
• OSHA certification (preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of job site safety protocols
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Ability to safely operate ladders and power tools
  
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
  

What you will do:

• Arrive on time and ready for the day
  
• Install windows, doors, and cabinetry with precision
  
• Erect pump jack systems for constructing structures above ground level
  
• Work on framing, site preparation, and site cleanup
  
• Complete a variety of carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  
• Take pride in seeing projects come together and ensuring they are built to last
  
• Willingness to undertake any tasks necessary to complete the job correctly
  
• May be called upon to supervise and/or mentor others
  
• Always support and "have the back" of your teammates
  
• Be available for a full-time schedule: Mon-Fri: 7:00am-3:30pm
