Job summary

Vaughan Pools, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our Jefferson City construction team. You will travel to Mid-Missouri job sites to build custom inground gunite, vinyl liner, and fiberglass pools with hands-on workmanship and a craftsman-like approach.

This full-time position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow project plans. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to grow into lead roles as skills develop.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, skilled labor, or related field.
• Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision.
• Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Mid-Missouri job sites from Jefferson City location.
• Assist with Gunite, vinyl liner, and fiberglass pool projects.
• Perform site setup, material handling, and cleanup.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and crew leader instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
