Job summary

RemoteConnect is seeking a skilled plasterer for a contract position in Los Angeles. The candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have experience in plastering, including reading blueprints and working with various plaster materials.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, mixing and applying plaster, shaping with tools, following blueprints, repairing damages, ensuring adhesion, and site cleanup.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of different plaster materials and their uses.
• Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing any damages.
• Mix and apply plaster materials such as cement, stucco, or acrylic.
• Use hand tools and power tools to shape and smooth plaster surfaces.
• Follow blueprints or instructions to create specific designs or patterns.
• Repair cracks or other damages on existing plaster surfaces.
• Ensure proper adhesion of plaster and smooth out imperfections.
• Clean up work area after completing job.
