Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Charlotte is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients live independently at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being in a home setting.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Some roles prefer 2+ years of caregiving experience and Hoyer lift familiarity, with a focus on dignity and respect for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have passion to serve and help others.

• Able to assist with all ADLs.
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred.
• Assist with transfers.
• Hoyer lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
