Job summary

Salary at $45.18/hour with a 100% appointment; standard days, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; employment subject to background checks and pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Five years directly related experience as a skilled journeyman in painting.
• Mixes paints by prescribed formulations.
• Uses airless and pressure type equipment, brushes and rollers.
• Applies cement and tape to joints, installs wall and floor coverings.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment and products of the trade; EPA codes/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, performs skilled journeyman level tasks in all phases of painting.
• Includes patching, drywall repair and minor carpentry related to finishing painting.
