Fresh Coat Painters of Muskegon is looking for a Skilled Painter / Construction Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

While painting will be a significant part of the role, we are looking for someone who is also comfortable performing drywall repairs, trim work, light carpentry, and other residential repair tasks that help prepare homes for painting.

What You'll Do

• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall repairs and patching
• Texture repairs and blending
• Trim installation and repair
• Minor carpentry and wood replacement
• Caulking, sanding, and surface preparation
• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Perform final touch-ups and punch-list items
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow company processes and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential painting
• Experience with drywall repairs and finishing
• Basic carpentry and trim installation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift ladders, equipment, and materials as needed
