Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Painter to prepare products and operate various painting equipment in a 1st shift role. The employee will inspect finishes, perform touch-ups per specifications, and maintain paint equipment.

The position typically runs 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $26 per hour and potential for higher compensation based on experience. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with airless spray systems.
• Ability to read and understand bill of materials (BOM).
• Internal training per SOPs and training sheets.
• Ability to paint both standing and squatting throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Paint with airless sprayer.
• Paint with pressure pot.
• Set up equipment in paint booths.
• Prepare product prior to paint application.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine and paint guns for quality and production.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Inspect paint booth for wear/malfunctions and replace as needed.
• Daily use of hand tools.
• Handle paint and hazardous wastes properly.
