Job summary

The role includes maintaining paint equipment and performing retouches per specifications on a first shift, typically 8–10 hours daily, Monday to Friday. The position offers a starting pay of $26/hour with potential increases based on experience and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with airless spray systems and related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand bill of materials.
• Trainable to follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to paint with the worker standing or squatting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Paint with airless sprayer and pressure pot according to instructions.
• Set up equipment in paint booths and prepare product for painting.
• Troubleshoot machines and adjust guns to maintain quality and production.
• Safely operate a forklift and inspect paint booth for wear or malfunctions.
• Handle paint, related materials, and hazardous wastes properly.
