Qualifikationen

• Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer.
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or injection molding processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift.

• Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently.
• Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

• 1st shift 5:00am – 3:30pm: $22.39
• 2nd shift 3:30pm – 2:00am: $25.51
• 1st shift Friday – Sunday, 5:00am – 5:30pm: $22.39 with a $2.00 per hour shift premium
• 2nd shift Friday – Sunday, 5:00pm – 5:30am: $22.39 with a $6.00 per hour plus 5% shift premium
• $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
• First pay increase after 6 months.
