Job summary

The Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association seeks an RN to provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents, including medication administration, wound care, and prescribed treatments. Monitor residents, perform clinical assessments, and respond to health status changes.

You will administer medications, coordinate admissions and transfers, document care, supervise CNAs, and communicate with residents and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
