Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
