Qualifications

• Must have an active medical license to practice in the state.
• Require current federal and state registrations to prescribe drugs.
• Must meet all qualifications and training as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient care.

Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Knowledge of long-term care regulations
