Qualifications

• Must be from an accredited nursing program.
• GA Licensed LPN/RN.
• Knowledge of relevant nursing care.
• Friendly and professional bedside manner.
• Maintains current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills.
• Understands legal implications of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Wound and skin care.
• Medication management and documentation with pharmacists.
• Oversee direct care staff and CNAs.
• Administering tube feeding.
• Nursing care including ADLs, assessments, vital signs.
• Schedule and attend all appointments and communicate with physicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper care documentation.
• Follow policies and protect patient and organization information.
