Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN License in Pennsylvania.
• Trach and vent experience is required.
• Preferred 1 year of clinical or home health experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols, nursing best practices, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic charting systems (Axxess and HHAeXchange experience a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently in a home care setting.
