Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises maintenance and repair program for building and grounds.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other departments to avoid disrupting patient care.
• Plans, directs and supervises the heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
• Supervises maintenance staff and assigns duties; evaluates performance.
