Responsibilities

• Set up and operate presses to produce multicolor items; may require screening and halftone plates for precise impressions.
• Change plates for size and stock requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks: clean, lubricate, load ink and paper stock; verify output quality.
• Check registration with a magnifier and adjust for quality output.
• Investigate production issues to identify procedure changes to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed and report downtime affecting schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
