The Welder at Aebi Schmidt Group will fabricate and weld metal components by reading blueprints and following detailed specifications. He/she will select and set up equipment to perform MIG welding with minimal supervision.

The role requires a one-year welding certificate or related experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in a high-noise environment with PPE provided by the company.

Qualificações

• One year certificate from college or technical school in welding/fabrication or relevant experience.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out instructions as detailed in blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Reads and comprehends blueprints.
• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding from blueprints.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds part to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts, GMAW MIG.
