Mee Derby & Company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to recruit skilled industrial professionals for nationwide travel assignments. This 100% remote role offers a base salary of $50,000-$58,000 plus uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a long-term candidate network.

You’ll source, interview, and place CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, and other trades roles while managing high-volume outreach and hitting KPI targets in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent, successful recruiting experience.
• Agency/staffing experience in travel-based or project-based workforce.
• High-volume recruiting in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to meet defined KPIs and targets.
• Excellent phone interviewing, qualification, and closing skills.
• Experience working 100% remotely.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades/manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing 100% Remote | $50,000-$58,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing national staffing organization seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to recruit skilled industrial professionals for project-based travel assignments across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven agency recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment and wants significant earning potential. Experience in travel staffing, travel nursing, skilled trades, industrial, or project-based staffing is especially valuable.

What You’ll Do

• Source, interview, qualify, and submit skilled trades and technical candidates for nationwide travel assignments


• Recruit CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers, Engineers, and other industrial professionals


• Manage high-volume phone, text, email, and social recruiting activity


• Qualify candidates over the phone for both technical ability and overall assignment fit


• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruiting and pre-deployment process


• Meet clearly defined activity, quality, submission, and deployment goals


• Build long-term relationships with candidates for repeat assignments

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recent, successful recruiting experience


• Agency/staffing experience in a travel-based or project-based workforce model


• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment


• Experience working against measurable recruiting KPIs


• Excellent phone interviewing, candidate qualification, and closing skills


• Previous success working 100% remotely


• Skilled trades/manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus


• Travel nursing recruiting experience translates especially well


• Bullhorn experience is a plus
