Job summary

Raydeo Enterprises is a growing commercial construction fabrication firm with divisions in Cabinet Building Millwork and Architectural Metalwork. We seek experienced Metal Fabricators to join our team and contribute to notable southeast projects.

Expect hands-on work, tool operation, welding, and adherence to shop processes. We offer competitive pay based on experience, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication for commercial construction or similar environments.
• Capable of performing varied tasks under supervision from a level 3 or higher.
• Ability to operate basic fabrication tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, assemblies, and filing as part of metal fabrication tasks.
• Operate hand sanders, grinders, drill press, and press brake forming equipment.
• Welding using MIG and TIG processes as required on projects.
• Follow chain of command and report discrepancies to the Metal supervisor; use HR/time software and pull lists as directed.
• Contribute to a safe, productive shop environment with attention to quality.

• Capable of learning and performing various tasks in the Metal department with supervision from a level 3 or higher such as: grinding, assemblies, filing.
• Capable of using hand sanders, hand grinders and drill press.
• Capable of press brake forming - Accurpress
• Follow the chain of command reporting to Metal supervisor for any discrepancies in work orders, HR software, Time tracking software, Pull Lists, etc. so he can direct you down the right path for assistance
• Welding, MIG, TIG capability
