Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school education preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lb frequently and up to 75 lb occasionally.
• Must pass apprentice/training apprentice program.
• Must have TB clearance.
• Must comply with all company policies.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise meat department so products are fresh and well presented.
• Receive, stock, cut, grind, wrap, weigh, and price meat products.
• Order and stock prepackaged deli items and frozen products in meat dept.
• Maintain inventory control and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Assist customers with special requests and product information.
• Operate meat department equipment safely (saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, knives).
