Job summary

Award Staffing is seeking Skilled Manufacturing & Industrial Associates for assignments in Edina, MN and surrounding sites. Positions include CNC Machinists, Tool Makers, Inspectors, Assemblers, Welders, and maintenance roles across multiple shifts. Pay ranges from $24 to $30 per hour DOE.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or light industrial work, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow English instructions, perform basic math, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Proven reliability and a strong attendance record.
• 2 years related experience and/or training in a Manufacturing or Light Industrial role
• Consistent work tenure with past employers
• Ability to define problems, collect data and, establish facts
• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in the English language
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
