About the Opportunity

Job Title: Manufacturing & Light Industrial Associates

Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (rates vary by assignment)

Location: Ramsey, MN (job sites vary by assignment)

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Proven reliability and a strong attendance record.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or light industrial role.
• Consistent work tenure with past employers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

Physical Demands

Employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently must stand, talk, and listen. The employee must be able to use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment daily.
